Automatic Bill Pay is an option that allows you to pay your bill automatically from your bank account or credit card. If you are interested in taking advantage of this convenient service, simply follow these steps to get started.

Important notice:
Allied Waste recently updated our billing system. This resulted in a change in your account number. Your new account number is listed in the "Account Summary" section of your invoice, which is located at the top, left section of the invoice. Read more on how this affects paying your bill.

Please note:Redwood City, North Fair Oaks, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto residential customers are not billed directly by Allied Waste Services.
Redwood City customers are billed through the City of Redwood City or contact the City of Redwood City's finance department at: (650) 780-7210.
North Fairs Oaks, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto customers are billed on their property tax bills.

Option A - Online

Online Bill Pay: View your invoice and sign-up for email invoice notification and automatic payments

Option B - Mail or Fax

  1. Click this link to open the autopay application form in a new browser window.
  2. Enter your Allied Waste Services account number in the space provided at the top of the form. (Your account number can be found at the top left of your invoice.)
  3. Once you decide whether you want to pay by bank transfer or by credit card, check the appropriate box.

    1. If you wish to make payments from either your checking or savings account, check the box on the left. Please ensure that you provide a voided check or a savings account deposit slip.
    2. If you wish to make payments by credit card, check the box on the right. Please be sure to provide all of the requested information.
  4. In the center of the form, select from one of the following options:
    1. Bill the "Amount Due" to my bank account or credit card (recommended)
    2. Bill the "Amount Due to my bank account or credit card up to a maximum of $ _______
    If you choose the second option, please be aware that you are still responsible for any charges that exceed the maximum amount indicated above and your account could be suspended if your account becomes past due.
  5. Finally, after reading the "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the form, sign and date in the space provided.
  6. You may fax the completed form to 650-596-7139 or mail it to Allied Waste Service, 225 Shoreway Rd. San Carlos, CA 94070. You must complete one billing cycle after we receive your completed form before the Automatic Bill Pay can be set up. You will continue to receive invoices for service after the Automatic Bill Pay Option is enabled. If you have any questions regarding your bill or billing status, please contact our office. You may also check your bank or credit card statements to verify your payments to Allied Waste Services.
